Book Review: The Affair by Danielle Steel

Rose McCarthy is the editor of Mode magazine, widow and mother to four grown daughters. She’s faced with a dilemma, when the September cover focuses on an up and coming actress, who is having an affair with the author of the book that the book is based on. Problem is…this author just happens to be Rose’s son-in-law.

Nadia is an interior designer, living in Paris, with her handsome French husband and two daughters. Her world turns upside down when her husband’s face is plastered all over the tabloids, with another woman. White trying to maintain a regular life for her children, she has to decide if she will stay in the marriage.

Nadia’s mother and sisters have their opinions about the fate of the marriage. Meanwhile, a few of their secrets are revealed, which forces them to do a self-evaluation.

I haven’t read a book by @officialdaniellesteel in quite some time, but this πŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’Ž book reminded me why I love her books so much. I can’t wait to dig into another one.
