Book Review: Passing by Nella Larsen

Three women, who are living a lie out loud, and fear the consequences of being caught.

Irene is quite content with her family life in Harlem, but takes advantage of her light coloring …occasionally. The day she ran into someone from her past, changes her life forever.

Clare is living one life, yet missing another. Her identity crisis is downright SAD.

I read this book in preparation of watching the Netflix movie, of the same name. What started out slow, took a quick turn hallway thru and became quite interesting. I recommend this 💎💎💎💎 book.
